Hoddesdon Main Post Office

I'd just like to say the lady who works in this post office who reopened her till to send my two orange parcels is wonderful, almost unprecedented in this modern world. I had come to post some stuff and forgotten my phone with the addresses on. I got a taxi back home and back to the post office on a Saturday and she helped me above and beyond the call of duty. While I'm at it I regularly use this post office and the manager lady also is very very good, she stopped in her way out the building to give me advice.

Very helpful team! I usually use the post office for personal use. The drop and go service is excellent. It give me the option to drop my items when I'm in a rush. Whenever I have any questions the team are always willing to help. I will now be using them for future business postage. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Had a lovely lady Dana help me with passport and driving licence today all sent and done within 10 minutes.

Worst service ever. People there have no idea what they are doing

Had to get driving licences renewed and the lady was helpful completed the application from start to finish and photos for £21.

This is one of the worst post office. They are never trading the full hours from 9 to 5. Always closed early around 3 clock. Big queues and very slow staff acting like they work for the Bank of England.

It says the post office should be open until 3.30 but it's closed (12pm). What kind of service is this???

Karen behind the counter trying to do me for an extra £26 for a couple hundred grams over on a prepaid box after queeing for 20 mins. Hope she ain't pulling this on old people
