Very handy Post Office within Waitrose. Open pretty much whenever the store is open with the full range of services.

I decided to brave Waitrose this morning in the OAP slot, yes there was a queue which took about 45 minutes to get entry into the store. I must commend all the staff for being very cheerful-encouraging and welcoming.
We as customers must remember they are facing very challenging times just as we are and Patience and a smile cost nothing,so when you’re queueing remember to smile and say thank you to the staff who would rather be somewhere else than standing outside in the cold.
Congratulations Waitrose you were doing a sterling job thank you.
Empty shelves are caused by greedy customers so only buy what you need, eating a little less would have heath benefits as well. Support the battle to beat this virus don’t feed if by ignoring government advice please.

3 staff on so the queue was moving nicely. Served by a lovely lady who helped me with my 2 large parcels, gave me options and added return addresses to the packages for me as i hadn’t thought to do so. Had a good chat to fill the time. Will return again and again.
Didn’t get the ladies name but know she does wild swimming. Keep up the great service. Thank you

The staff at this Post Office are absolutely lovely. Very helpful, never flustered and totally professional at all times. I would recommend this PO to anyone in the certain knowledge that they’d get an excellent service.

I am so fed up with the dreadful attitude of the post office staff, they have such a bad attitude, disrespectful, and seem to enjoy humiliating people ! This time after they kept me waiting , I was met with a sour faced middle aged woman, ( dont usually use them anymore but needed a couple of items in main shop ) I asked for a letter to be sent registered post and was told very strongly that it no longer existed and ended 10 years ago , she said I needed to be more specific , did I mean tracked or signed for .... because I have had other bad experiences of their rudeness and humiliating tones , I went to make a complaint , so sick of the attitude .. I was told managers were on hand over and could I wait ! I went to my local post office and sent letter by registered , will never use Waitrose Post Office again , in fact I hope they close, by the way I am still cross ! I work in an industry that has to give a high customer service where the attitude of these peoe would not be tolerated and they would lose their job

Met with a stroppy, rude member of staff who didn't seem to know anything about returning parcels online and stated its my job to know what I'm doing. Repeatedly kept asking me the shipping address and country I was shipping to, even though all the infomation I had been given by amazon was printed on peice of paper, stuck to the package right infront of her. My package was labelled to say it contained a battery. I was then drilled about what specific batteries were inside. I kept trying to explain that it was an electronic vape which is plugged into a wall and charged like a phone...she continued to ask me if they were double A batteries.
In the end my parcel was refused due to royal mail not shipping items with batteries. (fair enough) but then failed to give me any direction on how to post my item, Didnt seem to care about me as the customer or want to help in anyway when I asked.

Line up for longer then needed, then met with stroppy staff. I ask politely for an envelope to be told the Post Office is not allowed to sell them as Waitrose store does !? Waitrose sell packs, (I only want one) A Post Office that does not sell envelopes im amazed
