Friendly, professional staff offering an excellent service all round.

I personally wasn't happy with their customer service. Not welcoming at all.
Queues ain't managed well. Had a middle age lady customer who told me off today because as if I don't know where the queue is when I was in the queue. Probably it was an awful Monday for her.
Furthermore the fat lady behind the counter smiled&said something to put me in embarrassment.
I wrote a letter to the manager. Signs need to be put up for people to know where to queue. It is not rocket science.

Great service, very professional

This isn't my nearest post office.I walk across the fields to get there.Opening times are brilliant.Staff and owner very helpful.Worth the 45 minutes it takes to do the round trip.

I have used many different Post Offices but I must say this one is the most consistent when it comes to happy helpful counter staff. I normally post around 09:00hrs on a Monday and get served by a young lady with red hair who is always Happy Helpful and a joy to be served by. I will go out of my way to use this service. Thank you.
