Post Office

I always try to support small businesses, wherever possible, but this post office is something else. I always come away with the impression that all customers are an irritation and inconvenience.

In particular, last year, I had arranged to have some small Amazon parcels delivered. Once, I was told that they had already returned the parcel, which had been due for delivery that morning. I asked why and was told quite bluntly that they don't like taking Amazon parcels. I asked what should I now do, and would a redelivery be attempted the woman replied " I don't know, not my problem".

I now make other arrangements, and avoid this post office.

I used this place again last weekend to take out some cash as there isn't a cash machine in Broadway Market. The staff attitudes haven't changed in the slightest. It appears that they don't like giving out cash either. I do wonder how they mange to stay in business.

Very friendly and kind staff, always willing to help! Have been a regular to this post office for the last 6 years and they always go out their way to assist me. Customer service here is always lovely, will keep returning!

Amazing Post Office! I've been coming to this Post Office for many years & the staff there are very good at managing the rush hours, especially in such a small, old school shop. The man who works there is so kind, he always asks me how I'm doing. Also, I love to chat with the woman who works here. I definitely recommend coming to this Post Office.

They’ve just reopened and the customer service is top notch

They’ve renovated the post office, looks very nice, clean and modern. Customer service is amazing, the staff are always willing to help you out with anything. Glad that the staff are back, they have definitely been missed.

Happy they are open again. Would be good if they had a printer as some labels require printing and there's no internet cafe close by. They could also sell stationary and nice notebooks, they'll probably sell more. But service is friendly

Charged me £4 for a postage slip that is usually £1-2, and *then* after told me they wouldn't print my label. So rude and trying to shake out pockets, I'd sooner walk the half mile to Mare st than to here.
