City of London Post Office

My wife was given over service to send a simple small envelope and had to pay £7 for what would normally cos around £1. The staff was in a bad mood and did not accept questions. Extremely lack of hospitailty.

Quick, professional amd friendly service. Glad that Post Offices like this still exist.

The team is kind, helpful and open to help. 20th of October, 2022 in the morning I wanted to return a mobile phone to O2 but actually, I was advised by the post office team not to do it. The address was not right. They were diligent and right. I was the victim of people who used my data. They made a contract on my name and wanted me to send somebody else a mobile phone. I would pay for it. Thank you for not being indifferent.

Friendly staff, very nice experience for sending the parcel

I sent something from here nearly one year ago and still not received. I have enquired multiple times in writing as well as in person when I am in London without any resolution. I sent in my receipt showing proof of payment with guarantee delivery. Assuming someone is enjoying my purchase of makeup that never found it’s way to the recipient. Ridiculous!! I live in the United States and travel often to London. A true disappointment for something that should be simple.

I come here quite often as I work just down the road in Cannon Street. Every time I come here, I get greeted by the staff nicely and I am asked the reason for my visit, so they can point me in the right direction. I have never been disappointed and they look after me well. Everyone is really nice, polite and patient. I would totally recommend this place to everyone. They have other services apart from PO, so do check it out.

Very good Service. Jay was very helpful . I had used this post office for collecting my resident permit and the card was not available in my first visit. Jay had noted down my details and coordinated with me when it was available .Thanks to Jay and colleagues.
