Royal Mail Hampstead Delivery Office

I love the postal staff that serve NW3 and the workers in the delivery office in Hampstead
I want to pass on huge compliments to Georgia who worked throughout the pandemic tirelessly and throughout all the bad weather. She is an unsung Hero and frontline worker
Georgia is fantastic. I feel so lucky and grateful to have such an amazing postal service.

I wasn’t using service in this post office for a long time, but I want to complain about post delivery. It is very inconsistent, sometimes there is no mail delivery for 2-3 days. I live on the West Heath Rd and I’m always frustrated when post is missing. Please improve the service. Post delivery should be daily and same time. I haven’t received my Easter postcards as there was no post since Thursday!

Went to collect an item after they left a card in my mailbox at home. They could not find the item , the item was lost nobody knew what to do , staff were not helpful at all and I was advised to make a complaint through the phone,. Rang the department waited for 1 hour to get my call answered and then never knew what happened to my ititem
why they lost it and what happened. Worst post office ever . Royal mail should feel ashamed of themselves. This was not my first time that happened

Says it’s open on a Saturday until 5pm and when I arrived at 12.40pm it was shut with a sign saying “new times” closes at 12 on Saturday. Really frustrating

Notwithstanding the recent strikes, the postal service that we receive from here is terrible and we often don't see mail for days. Useless service and they absolutely don't care. Would be better for everyone if Royal Mail lost the monopoly on the delivery of mail.

Rubish services avoid all costs delay for ever no update, they don't care about their customers ,this place is 10 minutes from my house they kept delaying the delivery of my parcel probably because too heavy for thier spoiled staff now I called them to check when my parcel will be delivered ,they said probably after 4 days because they are striking rubish rubish rubish 😡 😡

Waited all day for a delivery that only came when I left the house in the evening. Decided to go down and collect my parcel. Saw a review on here from two months ago, saying that the opening times have been revised. Took care to adhere to that - and would you believe it, still no luck collecting my mail. Here’s a picture of YET another update on their opening times - as you can see, same w.e.f. date as previous notice but different timings. Good luck getting your mail, everyone.

Hopeless. Just hopeless.

They routinely do not delivery parcels due to "internal issues" and when you try and pick up the parcel yourself, you have to guess the current operating hours because the ones online are not correct, just hopeless, to all businesses, STOP USING ROYAL FAIL
