There was just one cashier today despite the queue. Cashier was very slow and needs to be firmer with time wasters. The main problem with this post office is that half the people in the queue are unprepared. The woman in front of me didn't have 2 forms of ID. But it took about 5 minutes to get it through her head that she needs to go away and bring the right things. Also the parcels just sit on a counter. Anyone could walk off with them. I'll use Kingshill Ave in future.

I would dearly love to give this Post Office a higher star rating, because the staff (well, what staff there are) are so polite and attentive.

However, the problem is just that there isn't enough staff. They only ever seem to have one of the 5 counters open. They dedicate a member of staff to those stupid "self serve" tills - which are much slower than if everyone went to the counters. Because it is always so understaffed, the place always looks like a tip, presumably because no-one has time to do anything.

You can't just "pop-in" to this Post Office as it normally takes the best part of an hour to queue.

the worst post office you can find in London. unfriendly staff and at least an hour waiting time. more worth driving out of Hayes!! I have never had a good experience with them. It's time they show some change for the customer service. the asian woman (staff) with the black hair at the counter should stop her private conversations unprofessional. Total waste of time.

Only one cashier while there was a huge queue. The cashier was very pleasant, attentive and having to work pretty hard! However, in busy times two cashiers are needed. We're all waiting to pay for a service that's not cheap! Always a queue here. Not helped by both self-service machines being out of order. This post office could do better, provide a better service. Please manage better: another cashier, and fix the self-service machines.

The staff are amazing, so helpful and attentive. I felt very sorry for them as there were only 2 staff on and many customers. I was very concerned as a couple of customers became quite vocal and abusive in their complaining while they waited in line.

I arrived at 5:15 and they didnt allow me to collect my parcel although they were supposed to close at 5:30 per Google. I asked politely as I dont have time to collect in the next few days and there’s no queue, then she told me firmly and raised her voice that they’re closed. I challenged the closing time as I really thought it’s 5:30 and she said they’re starting to wrap up at 5:00 which totally doesn’t make sense to me. I can definitely be served in the last 15 minutes but she left and told me again “We’re closed!”

Absolutely disgraceful service. 1 person in checkout during rush hour while boss lady wanders lazily around doing virtually nothing. Appalling lack of respect for customers who have kids to pick up and parking limits. New owners needed ASAP

Very unprofessional. Only one person serving the whole lot of clients. A waste of space and they are wasting the precious time of us as well. Royal Mail should be ashamed to provide such a pathetic service
