Soumi asked me for a review. I said I would happily do it. Whilst counting £250 she asked me to do the review 2 further times and expected me to do it there and then even after seeing my pram with me. It took her ages to count the money, she had to use the machine to count as well which was unusual for that sum of money. I would have given a positive review but her pestering really annoyed me. She was far too slow and annoying if I’m honest.

Long lines each and every time and rude staff. This branch is understaffed and training is needed for some employees who clearly don't know the meaning of 'customer service'. In addition to that, there is an extremely condesending and hostile woman at the check point who I've now had two encounters with. I politely asked for passport applications and she questions me as though I have never renewed one before, mind you this is the first time I've been asked 21 questions when asking for a basic passport application. I then asked another question and she spoke to me as though I were an uneducated barbaric individual and It's happened twice now and if this happens again I'll be making a formal complaint. Not happy about this as the attitude is uncalled for. This honestley feels like a discrimination issue or better yet racial profiling, but it could just be down to her being a rude woman with a lack of home training and no knowledge of manners. I don't feel comfortable coming here after these two seperate incidents and would rather travel a futher distance to recieve better customer service. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Very rude teller went in for simple photo to be taken. He told me to wait on the side 10 minutes I did, went back to him he started shouting saying his busy and come back after 30 minutes poorest service in post office I ever had. Went to different branch done in 5 minutes. Could explain better to customers if they are busy not shout at them. I would take it to the post office head office but I kept my cool.

Parth and Ramesh always provide such a high level of customer service. The post office can go from quiet to suddenly busy when I have been in there - I use the post office regularly and they are both consistent with dealing customers with a smile on their faces, with helpful attitude and so professional no matter how busy. Ramesh is particularly proactive when the other side of the post office is busy, asking customers in the queue if they might be able to help and Parth with going the extra mile with queries. They both go above and beyond. Thank you for being so helpful and kind!

Not sure why Post Office reviews are marked so low in general, conspiracy?

My experience was fine, nothing special to note, perhaps a smile would of been nice from the lady who served me?

Getting here via public transport, All Saints (Docklands Light Railway) or buses, (N)15, 115, D6, N551 from Chrisp Street Market (Stop B) or the 109 from Chrisp Street Market (Stop J).

Nithin this is the person who served me very rude was really determined to get rid of me and clothes quickly people have been waiting in the queue very long time to be served I especially waited around 30 minutes to get my SIA sorted but the person told me I did not have the right paperwork which I understood and I came back the next day even though I came back the next day he's telling me now I need to get a bank statement which I have brought even though I bought the bank statement is telling you this was not right I managed to go to another post office and show them this paperwork and they have accepted my application it's a shame they don't know how to do the job properly definitely I have read couple of reviews they need training how to do it

The guy behind the general counter (sweet shop side) has terrible customer service. Rude and unfriendly. Also extremely slow when serving customers.
