This was the first time I went to the post office since it relocated. Long queue for the service so I went to the self-service kiosk. There were two available and it was relatively easy to navigate. I needed to attach blue air mail sticker and a customs form so I had to go on a treasure hunt because of course there weren't any stickers or pens on any of the self-service kiosks. Most pens in the post office were on chains but I managed to find one loose pen and had to ask for a sheet of stickers. Overall, I think it needs to be better organised to make it a less stressful experience for customers. Also more tables or space to get your parcel or package ready for posting would be good. There were three of us trying to sort out our post on a small table.

Terrible. As others have said, understaffed and self service is poorly maintained. Love how they keep the envelopes and packaging upstairs, but you can't actually pay for them at the Post Office counter, oh no, you need to traipse downstairs to the tills to purchase and then all the way back up to post your item. Insane.

Short and undertrained staff. Self service not maintained and limited in functionality (can't post with QR code). Took over 30 mins to return 2 ASOS packages.

Big thank you to the man in the WH Smith Post Office early this morning who helped me with my passport application. He was so kind and very efficient.

Always extremely slow and seemingly understaffed. Using a self-serve kiosk shouldn't take longer than queuing, but no one is ever in a rush to collect packages so I often end up waiting around 10 minutes before someone comes over. There's a "press for attention" button, but it doesn't work. Last time I ended up sitting on the counter because I was tired of waiting so long. This office clearly needs more staff or a better management system.

1 person working always when they open at 8.30. You have 6 tills but 1 person working when you are the only post office left in Guildford?? I waited for 45 minutes with only 4 people in front of me.

Majority of RM want to go on strike for extra pay but can't even be bothered to speed up your service. Its a real disgrace

Huge queues for the manned counters, only one member of staff operating . Equally as bad for the automated service, all 3 machines having technical difficulties. Two members of staff attending and doing very little. Tried to send a package abroad but the correct forms not there until I eventually managed to get assistance. What a complete joke. Managment should be fired for total incompetence.

When open, the staff are kind and efficient. However the persistent random closures are unacceptable for an essential service in the centre of a large town. It should not be treated as an 'optional' concession in WHSmith for their profit. Bring back the stand alone Post Office in Guildford high street and back to the great business it once was!!!
