Friendly environment when going in and staff are polite and respectful

Quiet Post Office and cute little shop. I drive a bit further to use this Post Office, as it's a lot calmer than my local one and the people are friendly. I trust the service provided and feel safe.

Sent a special delivery on Saturday 2/1/21, but the parcel still at the post office, well thats what the tracker tells me, I rang Royal Mail and they said it hasn't arrived at the depot as yet, unless the naughty elevs have been back its still at the post office 😡

Shocking and rude member of staff who shouted that ' the post office was closed ' ( Post office website stated it was open ) clearly no idea of customer service - will never use this facility again as I have in the past for purchasing items - shocking tone of voice

Friendly and helpful.

I visited this post office as my usual one was unexpectedly shut. This office is now located in the Premier convenience store opposite Shop Lane and I popped in to send a small parcel. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and pleasant. Excellent customer service, I couldn’t fault anything at all.

Have changed review as its changed shop's, much better now, although service is a little slow.
