Mansfield Post Office

I have been told I have to queue at the normal queue. Wait for ages, and then when I get to the front, they won't serve me, but then allow me to join the business banking queue. So I have to queue, to queue. Every single time.
And if I go straight to the business banking queue, fully knowing that this is there they are going to have to send me, they won't serve me.
I hate this post office and everything about it. I live 2 minutes walk away but would still rather use my fuel and drive 4 mile away to avoid having to use it.

I feel so sorry for the staff, what there is of them anyway. I have visited on several occasions since they were moved into whsmiths and there are always massive queues and not enough staff to deal with the amount of customers. The post office is great, don't get me wrong, but there is only so much they can ask and expect of their staff!!! I hope someone in authority actually reads this and realises the stress they are putting on their staff (having nasty customers by the time they have made it the front of the queue), and the customers who have generally wound themselves up into a rage by the time they get to the counter!!!

This branch has a lack of staff and the queues are always long! I always plan an hour when I come in store and most often then not there all sat talking.

I actively try to avoid one man who is so slow and is always going off topic to sell you things. He is slow and takes his time with any request.

Awful post office. Although it's my local, I'd rather drive to Nottingham.

Why have a barrier for people to queue.
If your not going to enforce queuing system.

I waited in line I was frist in queue
And somehow girl argued she was in line when she was wrapping her parcel in the Conner on the table.

The lady who serviced me found this amusing and did not intervene to diffuse the situation.you could here her laughing in the office when she went to get some money

Only 1 or 2 cashiers open at a time, most of them are quite rude, dread having to go to this post office as the queues are always a mile long, go somewhere else if you can

You need more staff. The bigger post office was better it's gone downhill. Having to wait 2 hours just post a parcel is not it.

Useless, slow and serve queue jumpers. Won't be using this post office again

WHY CANT THIS POST OFFICE PUT ITS CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS ANYWHERE???? SAYS OPEN ON GOOGLE, GET HERE... CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!
