Bolehall Post Office

I have recently moved to Tamworth and I am extremely satisfied with my local post office. I have started sending a lot of parcels to my mother in Kuwait so I am taking frequent trips to the post office. Shannon and Ruth are very helpful quick and clearly very knowledgeable. I know I can trust them with sending out my personal effects . I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks all.

Well stocked and quite a quaint little shop selling household, pet and some DIY items alongside P.O service. Most staff are lovely - my review would've been 5 stars if not for the mature blonde lady who is always rude and surly without fail.

Slow service. Jane never seems to know what postal service to use on the computer can take an age to get served. Tend to use silverlink or go to the dept as much as possible. They don't get pedantic if the parcel is 1gram over.

Partner came in today (friday 1st may 2020 @ 1230), she is heavily pregnant and only wanted to pay 1 bill! Joined the que behind 2 others, (3max in shop due to covid) when an older gentleman came into the store my partner was told "you will have to leave!!!!" When she pointed out, rightly, that she had been queing already, was noticibly quite hevily pregnant and honestly needed a wee too, so cant really wait longer. She was then told "i refused serve you!" so had no option but to leave the store upset and victimised! Will not be visiting again and cant recomend people avoid this place!

Im a regular customer here have been for the last 6 months. Never had a problem. Brilliant service never waiting long to be served. Staff are very helpful, polite and friendly :-)

Could do with more smiles and more pleasant attitude from the staff, they are not rude but just seem like they really don't want to be there. Otherwise it's okay.
