Canary Wharf Post Office

The manager was so disgustingly rude I have actually decided to write a review and warn people not to use this branch. I have never in my adult life been spoken down to by such an ungracious person at the Post Office. Avoid at all costs there are other post offices very close with lovely and reasonable staff

Canary Wharf Post Office is well run and maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. In particular Bneat on the foreign currency desk is always very pleasant and helpful with advice on how to get the best rates; he recently recommended the Post Office multi currency card which I found very useful on a recent trip.

Janki was amazing! She explained everything clearly when I wanted to exchange money, not only was the process was simple I got the best rate and it got deposited straight into my bank. I love it when things become more simple than you think!

Jamki is a star ⭐️. She was amazing in helping me sort out my parcel today. I actually forgot to put an item in the price I sent and she helped me rectify it with no fuss. Very pleasant with a smile!

I went to the Post office in Canary Wharf, and it was an amazing experience. The staff name Bneat was extremely helpful with my post, explained everything very clearly and patiently, also made me feel very welcome and safe to ask questions and I feel very secured to give him my important post which included my passport in. Went there a couple of times and always felt delightful, especially today. Ruby, the young lady with a pleasant smile helped me to deliver some fever medicine and honey back to China for my sister and her kids. This was the first time I sent medicine through post office and I went without a clue. Ruby was extremely helpful and patient, explained the rules clearly and helped me to choose the right packaging stuff and the fastest route as well. She also asked about the situation in China, showing empathy and kindness. Her professionalism and kindness made this daunting task very easy and pleasant. I would recommend her to anyone in need of help in the post office. Wish her and her family a Merry Christmas and Happy New year!

It was a very busy post office, but Bneat took the time to advise me on travel money. He was very polite and courteous. I exchanged money for an upcoming trip. He also advised me on keeping my money safe abroad and the post office travel money card (which I got and saved me money on the exchange rate). He even pointed out my driving licence id was coming up for renewal and how I can get it renewed! Very good experience. I will definitely take my business there in future.
