Hesketh Lane Post Office

Just went to this post office to pay my road tax. Got served by a NOT nice Lady and will never go there again. Not a good attitude to treat people arrogant cause they have a foreign accent. Deserve not even one star !!!

Always pleasent and professional. Been using this post office for many years. I have posted hundreds of parcels with no issues.

Went to post a parcel at the opening time. Could see someone was inside but door was locked.
Waited 10 minutes but they did not open the shop on time. Had to leave to get to work.
Another visit to this post office today because parcelforce have left a parcel there for me and they claim they dont have it, I expect due to the value of the parcel that they have stolen it as parcelforce advise it was dropped off there 2 days ago. Now have to go through claims and will have an unhappy child due to missing presents. Literally the worst postoffice I have ever used!
