Park Lane Post Office

Very polite

Woman at the post office desk spent literally 10 minutes talking to her friend while customers waited..
I had to walk up and interrupt their conversation by putting my items on the scale to which I got 2 nasty looks followed by extremely rude service..
I was told she "doubts my parcel will arrive tomorrow" i payed 24 hour tracked and signed for..
Wasnt asked what was in the package, luckily I no the basic is enough to cover the worth of the gold I posted.. I will honistly never use this post office again..
I was on my dinner break, mabe use yours to gab and not when your supposed to be working!

Closed before time sed two days on run so amazon couldn't deliver

Really need to get rid of that miserable looking woman who works in the parcel part of the post office or at least get her on some badly needed customer service training, looks at you and speaks to you like dirt, avoid going in there if she's on shift, know alot of people who have gone to another post office because they don't wanna b served by her,please new owners sort her out as she's letting your shop down.
