A decent post office with a small gift shop, foreign currency counter, 2 other counters, photo machine £5 x 5 passport photos. It does get busy like most post offices as they now handle cash transactions etc. The staff work hard and certainly do their best to please, patience is required. They are shut for lunch from 1pm to 1.45pm, it says a slightly different time on their website, which should perhaps be updated asap. All in good a good service.

Have lived in Cranleigh nearly two years now and regularly use the Post Office for my business. Have never had such a friendly and helpful Post Office ever, anywhere I've lived. Archie and Victor and all the staff are brilliant, really helpful and give you the best advice on postage. Best Post Office in Surrey!

Marginally better than my experience this time last year. One particular member of staff not especially helpful until I suggested that I will happily revert to taking my packages to another post office that will appreciate my business and explained I was trying to support the village I live in. I was made to feel like it was a chore and I was an inconvenience. Lady not thrilled to be asked to supply proof of postage, apparently i should write the addresses on a scrap of paper and she will stamp it?! Love to know how that would be received if I needed to make a claim. Customer service needs work. Shop full of lovely gifts and cards. Social distancing not ideal but they have done thebest tget can with the space they have. Still feel lucky to have this post office in the village.

Not a great experience in this business at all. Several times I've tried sending important documents and packages securely during the month of February and not only did these not arrive, somehow it was deemed to be my fault and I have been left out of pocket by resending at an increased cost. The staff member I have interacted with on every occasion has made me feel as though I'm an inconvenience and somehow stupid. Not even an apology, honestly. Really not impressed and unfortunately I will no longer be patronising this service.

Terrible experience at this post office. I would rather drive to Godalming or Farncombe where they are polite and friendly instead of having to put up with a lack of privacy and rudeness by one older woman who works there. Need urgent customer services training!

Fantastic little post office serves all the village for all our banking needs and has a fantastic shop with a range of different gifts as well as all the items you would expect to find in a post office

I thought this was going to be a good post office to use whilst in the area last week but clearly this was a bad decision.

I needed to send an item urgently and so paid for a first class signed for service on 01/02/2022. However today 08/02/2022 the item is still there and no attempted delivery has taken place and the item is only going to East Sussex from Surrey.

I could have delivered it myself and so paid for a first class signed for delivery and a week later nothing has been attempted let alone delivered.

Avoid this joke of a post office at all costs due to such a poor slow/non existent service, also to add, they don't answer the phone when trying to call to discuss this issue.
