The guys working today were seriously the most amazingly helpful guys and went out of their way to help me find my Parcel when the three depots I went to before had turned me away and offered no help. The two guys which I didn’t get names of made my day and hope they get recognition because they seriously helped me

My last experience was ok. The staff member greeted me and served me without any issue. Hopefully the previous staff from the last months have moved on as they were awful and gave zero effort in customer service or helpfulness. its very hit and miss there. No consistency. Always a Russian roulette of if you are going to get the great or bad staff member!

Prior to August 8, 2022, this DO was great. Staff Kademi & others are friendly, and the QR service is quick and convenient. Now though, due to RM changes, they are closed EVERY DAY by either 12pm or 4pm, and now entirely closed on Sundays. The only exception is ONE day a week they are opened till 6 - which does no good as I work in an office 9am-6pm. Royal Mail claims they adjusted "due to demand" but there is literally no way the demand was for 11:30am on a Tuesday over evening hours. I have a parcel that I need to pick up which I literally will not be able to do unless I sacrifice a Saturday morning and force myself to wake up early just to go here.

Unbelievably rude staff. Got there 5 minutes before closing (which I understand can be frustrating) and they shut the door in my face, made no eye contact with me and just said “closed!” They could have politely indicated that they had different opening hours rather than just slam a door in my face?

Will have to go again tomorrow given they made no attempt to deliver my parcel to a neighbour at all and that they have very inconvenient opening times. 8-12 on a Monday??? Surely someone must understand that most people are working during these times and a lunch break is when they may venture out to collect parcels. Would rate it 0 stars if I could.

The staff at this place are rude as hell…. I was walking up to the door as people was walking out and the guy just shut the door in my face! I knock and say I got one parcel to pick up and all I get was “we are shut” followed with the door in my face for the second time.
Disgusting customer service at a Royal Mail Customer service centre! 12pm on a Monday is a pathetic time to close after people been waiting all weekend for there packages.

I was staying in a hotel in Edgware for holidays and I had my parcel collected there, and when the collector came, he said he forgot my parcel label and the only thing he can do is to take the item with him and print + scan the label in the office. Now, I couldn’t track the item, it’s missing, the collector’s name was Hugo. What’s going on?

Worst experience of my life. Their printer was broken so was asked to print it elsewhere (fine) and then when I came back it was a different woman who was there. She told me they are not a post office so how would they have tape, she then proceeded to scream at me and refused to help me. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Horrible horrible person. In the end her male colleague had to assist because she was fully ignoring me after shouting and berating me. Disgusting and things like that should not be happening.

Great service but worth making sure you check the opening times before going.
