“Signed in for” is utterly useless. You get a useless tracking number, wait all day in your house for the parcel like a prisoner, go to the loo or kitchen, then the next thing you know you, got a red card at your door. What a shameful bussiness format.

This is where you come when you have to collect your parcels because, unlike other couriers the post office don't automatically redeliver if you were out, and also won't leave the parcel in a discreet location.

They lost my item.i made a complaint they said they will investigate,never heard back from them

Useless! They dont leave the parcel where you asked them to. They just leave the red card thing and you have to collect it in the depot. Always like that. I never even see or heard them trying to wait for someone to open the door! Theyll just leave the red card saying they attempted delivery?! “Attempted” means waiting for 5 seconds then leave! 😠 I wonder if the delivery guys are just fed up of their job. Why dont they just quit! That’s why i never order anymore from ebay. Always from amazon. It may be a little pricey but guaranteed it will save you hassle going around and chasing your parcel. Management needs shakin up here!

They never use the bell. Just put the red card on the mailbox. Services are very slow. But is apper like anybody care about the customers? They don't answer any bad reviews

I'm rating it 4 stars purely because people seem to confuse a service and a building, it's like when people answer questions on Amazon when they've gifted it or it hasn't arrived and just go "I don't know, was a gift for Step-Neighbour-In-law".
The place is fine, little annoying to get to as it's tucked out the way, but it was a fairly quick turn around to pick up my missed delivery, staff were friendly in there, area for pick up is a little small so I can only assume that during busier times people have to queue on the little ramp outside.

Excellent, excellent service, Shaun there is the most kind and helpful royal mail person I have ever seen. Every time I go there he goes out of his way to offer help. If everyone does his job like him the world problems will be sorted. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Shaun for your help today.
