Looks like I'm not the only one with an issue judging by the several complaints below of the same woman. Horrific customer service by the white older woman (blonde/brown hair) with glasses. She is aggressive, clearly bullies customers and seems to be a very angry unhappy woman. She decided to start a completely unprovoked argument because she thought my tone wasn't polite? I had no attitude whatsoever and was just trying to post some mail. I explained she clearly misunderstood but then she then proceeded to have a go at me because she felt I could have given a response to her question in a more friendly tone? Who speaks to custmers like that? She should be ashamed of her customer service, it's embarassing behaviour. Horrific start to the day. She's very scary and aggressive and I'm amazed she is still allowed to work there. The gentleman who works there is otherwise very polite.

I was served by a very efficient lady called Sally. She filled in my passport forms digitally and sent them off. We received the new passports in just under 3 weeks. Great service

There is a really lovely lady called, Dionne who works in the printing area, who went above and beyond her duties today to help print a photo from my phone to the machine in the post office, there was no way my phone would do it, but this lovely kind lady made it all happen, by using her phone to get it printed.
She's so knowledgeable and worth her weight in gold.

Very rude and unfriendly staff, I choose to travel further to avoid using this post office.

Sanoja was courteous when I went to post my item by guaranteed next day delivery just before 5pm. I was panicking, and she assured me that she would assist me. I realised I didn't have a pen to address another package, and she gladly assisted me. I will use Potters Bar services again. In fact, I'm going there today

I have been using this particular post office on a regular basis since 2016. I have always found the staff members to be polite, professional and very helpful. There is a member of staff named Kelly who goes above and beyond her call of duty with me. I am registered disabled and this lady always makes sure if I need extra help with my bags/post/parcels etc. and always checks if I need the chair while in the queue. I cannot praise Kelly enough for her professionalism and kindness.

This is from a few months ago...

Customer service at the Post Office desk was dire. The woman behind the counter was rude and also not particularly helpful when I asked her questions.

I was returning a parcel and when I was handing it over part of the tape on the corner came loose. I asked if they had an cellotape to stick it down and the woman then went off about how a post office worker apparently doesn't have access cello tape so I'd have to go buy a roll to stick down a one inch bit of cardboard.

She then seemed totally disinterested in giving me my proof of postage or telling me it had been sorted.

I've now started walking to the Bargain Booze Post Office instead, it's twice the distance but the staff are much nicer and more efficient.

Had the pleasure of dealing with dionne at the post office,what a lovely ,caring and understanding person, always there to help you with a broad smile on her face, nothing is ever too much and she does her job effortlessly, what a lovely person and always makes my visit to the post office more pleasurable, other staff should take a leaf out of her book.
