Extremely rude, unpleasant shop staff. Really bad attitude towards customers. Not coming back there again and would rather drive to a proper branch in Farnborough or Frimley. What a shame these people are trading under Post Office name.

An excellent little Post Office with corner shop. Staff are always helpful and do the job properly. I drive the extra mileage because they deserve the business. Thank you guys, you do a great job.

The staff tend to be on the rude side, unfortunately. I don't know what their problem is, honestly. I have used them a few times, some days were better than the others. They tried to kick me out of the shop so that I could write the address on the parcel I was sending outside. But there is no benches or a place to sit down or even stand and write an address. They treat you bad just because you are coming there and you are their customer. Such shortsighted behaviour! They have not adapted to the Covid-19 challenges very well. They should be letting only a couple of customers at a time, the rest have to wait outside because it is such a tiny space! They used to wear masks there but not anymore which is rubbish - dealing with public you need to protect yourself and others. I will be using another post office. These guys need to learn good customer service first. Until then, I won't be spending my money and time there but will find elsewhere where shopkeepers are polite and courteous to everyone who visits them.

Terrible experience to say the least. Rude staff too. Walked almost an hour to the post office to then be told they do not operate according to the times advertised on the shop door 'Sunday 8:00 - 12:00'. Was also told they only sometimes open the post office on Sundays?! Update your times then. I'm aware these are pressing times with Covid-19 but even more reason to then tell customers the accurate times and not waste our time. Will never use this post office again and will advise others not too either, just a waste of time and horrible experience of being treated so rudely. I'd rather walk 5 more miles for kind and friendly staff who keep to their times advertised - what happened to the days when there was honesty with times given and they were actually kept to. Also the person working there claimed I was arguing by trying to find out what times they are actually serving customers - it's a joke! They also lied saying the post office times advertised on their front door are the shop times, when the sign clearly states 'only post office times' on a post office branded sign.

Went there as my usual post office shut. Diabolical customer service. Both staff couldn't muster a smile between them. Looked like they just didn't want to be there. Barked an order at me to hand over a parcel. Would drive 10 miles away rather than use them again.

Communication is not always easy and the shop is very small but I found them helpful using the Drop and Go service. Cultures differ and not all are given to smiling, a British trait. 😊

Rude staff. Will never use them again. The people who had the shop before were very friendly. Shame.
