Burnham Post Office

I find this post office so slow, he man in the foreign exchange kiosk is the worst, he is so slow at doing his job. Plus when I went today they didnt have any foreign currency except euros, I wanted 20 Australian dollars and he said I would have to order them, I only wanted 20! Hate going in there, wont be going there again.

The post office was at the back of the shop from the high Street it like so many other ones in side another shop and u have to go up some narrow ales to reach it , though thankfully it the only one for miles around serving the people of burnham

Fast service and really kind staff. The post office is inside the shop, just walk through.

Very rude staff in the post office. Barked at me rudely telling me where to que in an empty shop and that I should read the sign that said so (which was facing the wrong way so I wouldn’t have read it anyway!). Very rudely put and not in keeping with the standards that Royal Mail I’m sure put in place for customer service. One example of many rude comments (and gossiping which leads to longer than needed waiting times) that I’ve seen in this post office. I was going to do a shop in the shop attached but decided, like many others locally have because of this kind of rudeness at the post office, to take my custom round the corner to the local Tesco instead. Learn some manners and you might find custom comes back locally.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff and good selection for boxes/letters etc.

I rang them to check if they were open. I asked the man what time you close and he said " we can wait for you. What time do you wanna come?" I was shocked. I said again what time do you close? He said very quickly 4 o'clock.
