Stourport-on-Severn Delivery Office

My very first time collecting a missed parcels while I was away on holiday, and the staff were very friendly and quick at getting my packages as soon as you go through the door the counter is in front of you, with a couple of chairs on the right. Quite a pleasant experience.

Despite the reduced hours they are still giving great service. I don't always visit now as it is possible to rearrange delivery online. But if I need the parcel quickly I know I can rely on them here at the sorting office

Went to fetch my parcels on a Tuesday at 6.30 closed, went back Wednesday at 4.15 closed again, no wonder people don’t use Royal Mail how the hell are we meant to collect goods when people are working, new opening times not updated on the website and they close now at 2pm and don’t reopen

Awful delivery service by incompetent staff
