Royal Mail Barnet Delivery Office

A very small sorting office for collecting those 'couldn't deliver' parcels. Reasonably convenient and there is even very limited parking. Just remember to bring identification!

Not sure why so many bad reviews - I find staff helpful and polite - they are far more efficient when you bring correct paperwork and absolutely insist on ID - which in my opinion is great

Worse customer service, don’t come here, if it was for the Chinese employer, he would take your money without giving you any type of service o product, these type of people shouldn’t be part of society, it seems like he likes making peoples life hard and miserable

Different people are delivering post every single day and as a result we keep missing our post and parcels!
They are either missing, or left in someone else’s letter box or in the letter box but open!
I missed my doctors referral letters twice, god knows where they ended up!
And my neighbours reported the same thing!
Shame on you and your staff!

Convenient and never overly busy. Always had a friendly face at the counter to deal with my pick up or delivery. As other have said do ensure you take ID if you are picking up. Them are the rules!

I went to the Barnet delivery office on Longmore Avenue today to pick up a parcel. My parcel was meant to arrive on 04/01/2022 but it did not so I spoke to a friend of mine who works for Royal Mail and he stated go down to the delivery office and give your tracking number and ID and they will be able to give you the package but when i got their the lady immediately said no she cannot check and then she went on to say where is the parcel being delivered to then she asked a colleague and went in the back to check. She came back within 1 minute and stated due to the large load of parcels she cannot go through each one. I asked how long the delay is and she stated 2-3 days. She was unhelpful and probably did not even bother checking properly. I thought I would be doing them a favour by collecting the parcel myself so it would be one less job for them but I guess she never saw it that way. They are called Royal Mail Barnet Delivery office, of course they are going to have thousands of packages. If i could i would not even give any stars as the service was terrible.

This delivery office has been holding my next day special delivery parcel for over a week. They don’t deserve any star at all because they haven’t tried to deliver it at all. I have been contacting the Royal Mail , they said it’s under investigation. Tried tracking it and it shows it was out for delivery on the 27th/4 today it’s the 5th/5???

This is a special birthday present that I have been looking forward to but now it’s turned into a never ending story.

Last year this same office lost my AirPods, they let someone else sign for the parcel without confirming the names on the ID and parcel collected..

It’s safe to say there is a lot of unprofessionalism going on in this office, can the headquarters investigate this delivery office.

Monday 27th, 12:50 and I found it closed, supposted to be open until 14:00.
I understand its Christmas but please next time update your site or put a paper at the door like before, if you are planning to follow another opening hours.
