Thornton Post Office

Wouldn't consider using any other Post Office. Always busy but there is a good reason why. Their customer service is top class. They always go that extra mile to get the information you need and find the most value for money way to post your parcel.

We both had our passport photos the post master was very helpful and help us get both Laurian and I photos were brilliant now we can get new passport and plastic driving license. Our post gets done and delivered. The gent and his wife always go that extra mile. Now I need to know if the post office is open in the morning on Tuesday 31st March so we can get money for food. 🤞🤗 From Vivienne and Laurian

The best post office around helpful and professional staff

This is the loveliest post office I've ever used. The owners are an absolute credit to the post office. Always friendly and polite if I ever have to use another post office I feel cheated ! Lol

I’m ever so grateful for this post office and the family who run it. They work so hard I’m often blown away at their efficiency especially when it can get so busy! They are so friendly and caring to each customer, always smiling and so helpful. There are a number of post offices were I live yet I will only go to this one through choice. They have been fantastic during the pandemic and are key workers which can also be forgotten and not recognised or given the respect they deserve. They have helped me to keep my customers happy and my little business going and without them I wouldn’t have been able to get all my postal orders out! They have opened early and closed late for customers like myself who can often go in with large postal orders and even when there are large queues, they still remain so helpful and friendly whilst still working efficiently to help all customers and get the queues down. I wouldn’t go to any other post office due to their customer service.
It hadn’t even crossed my mind to leave a review and I just wanted to extend my gratitude to both of them for their continued hard work, it’s not often these days you get service with a smile but they pride themselves on the service they give to others and so I wanted to share my gratitude publicly!

Thank you so much for all you do for all your customers and personally for me which equally extends to the service I am then able to give to my customers as I’d truly be lost without you both. Keep doing what your doing you deserve gold medals and a much needed break too!

I always use this Post office, the family that run this establishment are lovely people providing a 1st class customer service.very friendly and accommodating and are an asset to Royal Mail. Keep up the great work guys, and I hope your all safe....
