Watermead Post Office

The worst post office ever. Sometimes is closed earlier or when is open they just saying,, we're not taking packages now bye". Save time and go somewhere else, because here you never know if they will be in the mood to send something

What's the point of local shop if they're not open. Shut on a Wednesday at 16:50!!!!

Brilliant little shop.Sells most items.
It's run by a human being whom occasionally needs to take breaks.
Not a robot.
Circumstances beyond their control may force them to close occasionally . Very friendly.

I use this post office every day. Never have any problems. Owner scans all of my letters and parcels and prints out the receipts for each one. Doing a great job, thank you :0)

Each time I visit I’m reminded why I should have gone elsewhere. Shut more than open and rude and grumpy owner. He never says thank you and hates if you pay by card. Either you want our custom or you don’t? I will make myself go elsewhere in future and avoid here. It’s a horrible welcome.

Have tried to use the Watermead post office several times, during its advertised opening hours but I’m always told it’s shut. Tried today at 2.15pm but told to try again tomorrow. Not worth trying, will just always use the town centre PO now rather than supporting local.

Everyone there is always cheerful.
