Rubbish. You will probably be refused service because they don't know Royal Mail or Parcelforce sending rules. Shocking customer service skills to boot. Wish some other local business would open up a branch instead!

The opening and closing hours are nowhere near accurate. I have seen this store closed even on a busy Saturday afternoon and it always feels hit and miss to go there. Will it be open or not? It's a shame there is not a big PO in the area. Why not put one inside Sainsburys?

Will quite happily keep to their own hours and quite unapologetically close early if it suits them; even if your stood at the door well before displayed hours. Sadly being staffed by youngsters tends to lend itself to being unreliable and ineffectively run. A shame but this is all this community has in the immediate area.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Big selection of products, and always make an effort to stock seasonal items e.g. at Christmas, Halloween, Valentine’s Day etc

Always had a good service here. They've worked right through the pandemic and put themselves at risk daily when not all customers wear masks. New range of gifts as well as basic foods, stationery and magazines. They've extended the opening hours so we can access the post office facilities for 12 hours a day during the week. We are lucky to have this facility in our local area.

Posted from here many times. Great service! The fact that they are open before regular working hours start at 9AM makes it really easy for me to go and drop off my parcels.
