Ridley Road Post Office

Went today and the guy behind the desk was very rude!
Will never step foot in that shop again, I highly reccomend to everyone to not bother and walk a little further to the asda or another convenience store where you will get a better customer service

Since new owners have taken over a better place to shop very polite staff

Queued outside the shop for over 20 mins, and once I was served I was told I had to pay for my FREE return parcel. I went to Asda to send off my parcel and there was no issue at all. Very rude service, I will not be coming here again.

Shop has recently changed hands and had a full refurbish, so much better now. Previous reviews are out of date!

Been using this post office for the last 4 months, was told today he would refuse to serve me as I did not have any £1 or 5p stamps so I used 1st Class small and 2p and 1p, the customer care is unbelievable rubbish, will not go back.

Intimidated me for not wearing a mask, I have trauma disorder
Lady told me to learn the law.....
Shouting in the shop.....
I now refuse to go there,

The shop has been change the new owner Great job.

They are so rude to people and like taking photos of u on there phones
