Lane End Post Office

I was delighted with the warmth and kindness I experienced at the Lane End post office today.

I had had a horrible experience at the west Wycombe post office which had left me visibly distressed. I took my parcel to the lane end post office and they where so kind, they gave my young son some sweets to make up for our horrible experience in West Wycombe and showed me how to make a complaint.

They really cared about how I felt and took my details so they could also do there best to resolve the issue. A big Thank you to the lovely ladies and I highly recommend this post office! We will certainly use it as our preferred post office from now on.
