The worst Post Office i have ever encountered...the Indian lady working there is probably the only person to come out of India that is extremely rude, unprofessional and so clueless. I have never been given to experience some like this sort until now whenever i needed to use a post office....i really hope this places goes bust or someone take the franchise away from them because it is impossible to get any sort of service here.
Avoid completely and be cautious woth what you leave with them packages are disappearing from this post office...so no just rude but also "losing" your packages!

The worst post office in the whole UK. The Indian lady with dark black hair is so rude. I posted a letter using this post office 3 weeks ago. Last week I got a red card that I need to pay £1.50 to get some items. I paid online and to my surprise I received the same letter back after few days. These guys did a mistake and underpaid and I had to pay extra to get the letter back. I went again to the post office to send the letter again and also complained about the issue. The Indian lady with dark hair shouted at me that we never sent this letter. I asked her to check the CCTV footage and then she shouted again. Worst customer service. I request owners to please fire her from the job as customers are not happy.

If it was possible to leave negative stars for a review then this would have gotten a minus 3 or 4!!!

Literally the worst service I have ever received. The guy who opens the shop turns up as and when he wants to so don’t make the mistake of believing the opening times they list on Google.

Once the shop is open (usually about 20 minutes after advertised) whoever decides to turn up and open the Post Office section gets there about 5-10 minutes later and then has to turn everything on and sort themselves out before you even get served.
And then the service you receive depends on which way the wind is blowing that day. There seems to be different staff operating the Post Office every day and no one talks to eachother so if you have a problem then the attitude is “I don’t know, it wasn’t me, come back another day”. AVOID THIS GODAWFUL PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Busy day so got there for 9am. It wasn't open and according to other people waiting, this is the norm. When the shop finally opened we were left waiting another 10 minutes whilst a selection of beach balls, sunglasses and other paraphernalia was put out... very important in mid October!!! The post office was still in darkness and we all gave up!

I do not normally leave reviews but feel a need. This post office is not fit for purpose. Servers are rude, and this last time lady was on the phone did not look up and motioned with flick of her finger where to put my parcel. The whole desk area was strewn with rubbish and very un kept with things all on the floor. Avoid if you can feel bad for those who do not drive and have to use this awful service

Ignorant staff, talking to each other or on the phone whilst serving customers. Slow, unprofessional, the whole post office is a disgrace! It is more like an indian goods shop than anything else. It used to be way much better. Their licence shouldn't be renewed.

I was ripped off when exchanged some money. Be aware as they deliberately manipulate with exchange rates. The worst post office in the area.

Apart from sometimes long queues, I have never had any issues with their staff. The lady in glasses was always polite and very helpful to me. Even if there was a problem, she always explained reasons why it happened, and what would be the best to do to sort it.

I think if we at least try to approach the post office staff with respect and common sense without hostility, we might get it back from them. Complex and sometimes ridiculous Royal Mail prices, procedures, rules, terms and conditions are not created by the post office staff, and cannot be changed or individually adjusted by them to satisfy everyone.
