Darlington Street Post Office Wolverhampton

Sent my first parcel from here, very nice lady at the booth, was very helpful.

Well I have put one star simply because it was open. Dreadful place. Impolite staff and are they supposed to have second hand clothes up for sale...never again

I have put 1 Star & I think I am being Very Generous with that!, I have only been in a couple of times & the Staff are Arrogant & Rude & seem to give You the Feeling that You are Privalaged to be Frequenting their Establishment (If I Can Borrow a Line from Falling Down Movie!), I have used/Use a lot of Post Offices where the Staff are often Great but this Place Unfortunately Bucks that trend!.

Very professional staff, lovely services, very helpfull. I send my parcels from here every time, and i promiss they are the best in town.

Terrible service and clearly ripping people off by charging for first class services yet sending via second class. I found the woman behind the counter to be extremely rude and unprofessional to both myself, my friend and customer before us. She insisted I paid for a large letter stamp as it was a padded envelope (absurd because i often use these envelopes with regular stamps, and it clearly fit through the slot she demonstrated with). I agreed to pay the extra for the stamp as I was in a rush and made it very clear that I needed it to be sent that day via first class. The recipient sent me a photo of the envelope when it had arrived and the woman at the PO had sent it second class, while charging me for first. Luckily I have proof of purchase to use in the complaint. Also, the store looks like a jumble sale with 2nd hand clothes lining the queue area. Avoid!!

Very helpful man who was running the post office today. Great customer service and returned my wallet to me after I had left it in the store.

Really polite young guy on the front of the store that knew exactly what he was doing. Makes a change to some of the incompetent staff at many of the other post offices locally. My new favourite post office. They seem to understand customer service and I expect that as a bare minimum when I'm spending my money somewhere. Thanks again :)
