Very rude and ignorant man (owner). Twice I have taken a parcel in there which i had prepaid for via Ebay and twice he has had a go at me for not purchasing postage fees from him! Awful attitude. Avoid this place!

Slow, rude and offhand service. Didn't accept VISA Credit card but then got charged £2.54 on VISA Debit for a small bottle of Coke!

Rude and unhelpful. The staff member refused a cash deposit stating she didn’t have time during the afternoon no where near closing time, but was actually sat having a cuppa with someone in the post office. If this is a franchise the post office should be reviewing their customer service as it’s none existent
