Fazeley Post Office

This post office makes me really angry.

Every time I go there, there’s always a massive queue with only 1 x person on the till.

Staff don’t seem overly fussed, aren’t particularly polite (never apologise for the wait!) and never seem to be rushing to get customers seen too.

On several occasions I’ve been there, another member of staff has been sitting on a counter and not opened the till despite there being a bit line.

The parking is also not adequate, people seem to park there when not using the post office. It’s rare you get a space!

For the prices that Royal Mail charge to send things I’d honestly expect better. My Hermes are half the price and deliver the exact same thing without having to waste half an hour of your day.

This Fazeley branch is a very busy and popular post office, Staff always friendly, and good service and advice given. Staff take time in getting to know you I have been using this post office for years. I take a lot of post on to this branch daily and all the staff know how I send all my post. They are polite and obliging.

Post office is great; clean, tidy and friendly staff; shame the same can't be said about the locals. The parking isn't ideal as there aren't a great deal of allocated spaces.

I would highly recommend Fazeley Post Office. Excellent customer service, friendly, polite and so efficient.

Absolutely lovely staff in here! The only drawback sometimes is it can be difficult to park as there are only a few spaces allocated which is in the petrol station.

Lovely friendly Post Office with very helpful staff. I had a problem with an Amazon parcel, it showed that it was still with the courier even though it was in front of us. He called Amazon and sorted out for me... Thank you again :)
