The best staff in Wolverhampton! Really efficient and friendly - definitely my go to PO!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I used the Wolverhampton Linchfield branch earlier where I had the worst experience with their staffs. But Oxley Branch staff is the best I have seen so far.

My second attempt to get a parcel posted at co op and yet again they had no staff trained. Had to drive elsewhere to get it posted wont be using again and have logged a complaint with royal mail

stafford Rd, Oxley, Wolverhampton WV10 6AN) on 5/10/22 after 5pm

Bought some items, barker price different to till price.

All the same chocolates were placed on shelf with barker.
Asked manager if he could honour the price difference (as was store staff error that wrong barker was placed there).
He was very rude in his manner to me, stating he doesn't need to honour anything and he will not be honouring price difference to me.
He was loud, said it loudly in front of other shoppers, and he embarrassed me. He could have been polite, but he wasn't. Disgraceful way of speaking to a customer.

I work in the area so frequent the store regularly, never had an issue with staff before. I found stire manager disrespectful with no manners, pathetic excuse for customer services. As a senior member of staff he should be setting a good example. I found his manner upsetting and rude.

I had good and bad experience there. Bad Young lady working there she is taking very rude they don't know how to serve the customer. Good old lady very helpful
