My usual postman was away. Temp postman misdelivered an expensive magazine to a neighbour - even though my name and address was on the envelope - and I have no idea who this crooked neighbour is (I don't recognise the name of the person who signed for it) to retrieve my item. V poor practice by the post service. Additionally, Saturday morning - my regular postman gave me the parcel. It was addressed incorrectly!! 🤩

Hours listed online rarely reflect their true opening/closing times. Really a flip of a coin if the mail center is actually open.

I spoke to someone on the phone regarding a parcel I had missed and they said head to your local sorting office, go up there to be told no you can’t collect it the same day!! It’s medication that I need!

Fantastic !!! I went to post parcels yesterday and was few minutes late for closing times, there was a lovely young lady standing outside and took them in anyway (these were pre-paid), it was so extremely kind of her. I am very grateful for such lovely and kind gesture :-)

So you probably receive dozens of fliers, menus and pamphlets through your front door every week? Did you know that Royal Mail made a deal with businesses to forcibly post those unwanted pieces of paper under a contract?!? So if you want to stop all of the wasted paper and plastic being used to post thousands if not millions of these things every week you have to phone Royal Mail (which will take you at least 15mins as they do not employ enough staff to answer phones calls) and then ask to have the marketing deliveries stopped AND then wait up to 6 weeks!! So just remember that when you are told that WE are killing the planet just redirect that towards the Royal Mail who post thousands of unwanted paper and plastic pamphlets through our doors every day of the week.
They sold out for a quick buck and have no problems wasting all of those resources on something that usually goes from the front door and put straight into the bin?!?!? INSANITY!!

Got a email to say your parcels will be delivered today by 3pm, stayed in all day awaiting delivery nothing came. Had an email saying they could not deliver today.
When I tried to sort a redelivery it kept asking what was on the card. We never got a card just an email so don’t know what to do.
I’ll stick with Amazon in future at least you can rely on their delivery’s.
