South Darenth Post Office

Rude and uninterested service . Would rather chat than serve customers. Has happened on many occasions. Would be more productive replacing the woman with a self service machine. Completely ruined post office reputation will be using Hermes instead. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I use this Post Office almost every day.
I've had nothing but 1st class service from the friendly and helpful staff.
I've witnessed some of the rude and impatient customers that they've had in there, and I admire the way that the staff patiently deal with them.

So I have just moved around the area went to the chemist and post office the girls in there are so lovely and very helpful with everything that i needed. Not many nice people out there keep the good work up girls 😊

Really disappointed with the service provided by the younger member of staff. She can come across extremely abrupt and rude. I’ve visited numerous times the past few months and each time I visit, the service provided is extremely poor. In future I most likely will travel out of the area to use a post office to be served by someone hopefully with a better attitude toward their work and customers

The younger woman is always extremely rude. Always talks and looks at you like you're an inconvenience - no customer service or people skills whatsoever.

Wow I went in last Friday 6th oct and was absolutely astounded by the rudeness and unwillingness to help from the person serving. No manners whatsoever shan't be using again

Don't bother. Rude and unhelpful staff. Do yourself a favor and go to a parcel post box.

The customer service is a joke…. They are only open 9-2 and not weekends they should just close as there is really no point of them……..
My mum went in the other day with 2 parcels the young girl sat there eating her yogurt. She moaned about have to scan the code form her phone ( this is the new way forward they should know this) then my mum tried to do the second parcel but she didn’t even bother to try the code just looked at it and told my mum this was wrong ….. I have been sending stuff back for year and I know what to give to be scanned… she was just too lazy to do her job. I now have to take a day off to stand my ground for this to be sorted

Rude rude rude , do as they like with closing whenever they chose to . Absolutely no commitment to the job they are employed to do . This isn’t a new complaint this service has been like this for several years and all due to the staff employed but it was actually open but now it’s open for a few hours a day but even those times are not reliable. I’ve given up and drive to a post office out of the area
