A really well run efficient Post Office and general store. Nice people, good stock, fair prices, easy parking.

Really efficient post office with lovely and very helpful staff.

Very rude and poor service at the post office. The person behind the counter is very confrontational and treats customers as they don't know how the post system works, while himself being not very articulate at all. He frowned right at the beginning when sees you approach to the window and always asked you to do things in a condescending manner. Initially I took it as personal but later realised that I am not the only person experienced this. I never experienced this kind of service at other post offices. I had few trips to this location and all of them were being treated by the same person in the same way. Now I would rather detour and go to a much further post office than going to this one, which is only two minutes from where I live. You may think I am being ridiculous, but I can tell you why: 1) I genuinely worry my parcels will be potentially damaged or lost during delivery, since he always throw them into the collection bag by force and showed complete indifference to its value and the stamps that are sticked on it, and 2) as customers, we don't need this kind of attitude in our life, even an annoyed experience at a local post office can really makes a difference in person's day. Why can't he just smile and be patient and polite to customers? What a shame. Hope they replace the person behind the counter, because other than that the shop's location is very ideal for the local community.

I visit mainly to use the Post Office counter. Terrific service. Kind knowledgeable people. There is another, nearer Post Office but this one is far better. The service is MUCH speedier!

Went there to return a couple of Amazon parcels just before closing. The senior person behind the counter looked very tired and agitated. He asked me to put the parcel on the weight machine, which I did and opened my phone to show him the QR code to print the label. When out of blue he started having a go at me for no apparent reason. I asked him the reason about his agitated behaviour. He said in a rude manner as why I was looking at my phone while he was talking to me. I tried to explain very politely that I was looking for the QR code for him to be scaned and print the label. But he shoved his hand and asked me to leave. To be honest personaly at that time being a customer I was very upset for the way I was treated, but later on I thought that may be he wasn't feeling well that day, thats why he looked very tired and probably needed rest, so I hope he is feeling well now and wish him a good health. Thanks
