Bridgwater Post Office

Very slow service. Not enough colleagues scheduled on. 5 service points and only two colleagues in. Multiple customers waiting to the side while a long queue ekes forward.

Terrible here every time but no other option locally.

Very kind and helpful with children's passport application, top friendly staff.

Staff terrible . Been waiting not for ages . Very rude!! Never never come back. Avoid this place !

I come here multiple times a week, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful, despite always being incredibly busy and understaffed. I don't know how they do it - I've never heard so many rude customers in one place, either complaining or shouting abuse at them! So thank you from the rest of us who appreciate the service you are providing.

I am complaining about the blonde lady assistant (I don't know her name but looking at reviews I think I know which one it was) who served me and was so rude today when renewing a driving license which I was doing after recently receiving a letter to saying that after the lockdown extension that My license was soon now coming to an end.
Basically I was accused of leaving it a long time !! and that I could have renewed anytime as they have been open ..so accused of deliberately leaving it as long as possible when Myself and all documentation was above board.. why I would be doing this I don't know. There is a sign in he Post Office Saying be polite to Staff and each other...I think She needs to be reminded of this...disgusting attitude Paul ..Othery

Went in today with my wife to renew two picture driving licences, very happy with the process found the assistant very helpful and the process easy, I would recommend this Post Office.

Went there to renew my driving licence no queing I was served by a very nice lady polite efficient what more could you ask for

And the don’t care they talk eachother I think staff need to change Monday 13 September 2021 outside have long queue and they are still closed recommend staff need to change and inside postoffice need more cameras
