Upton Lea Post Office

Drove all the way from 6 miles away on Sunday 14:30 to drop urgent parcels. At Royal Mail Conter Upton Lea branch found it Closed. I asked the Person in charge (named, Savy) he told me the obvious. Also, tild me ro go ahed with complaints with Royal Mail for misleading of timings. Never coming back to this branch, waste of time , waste of fuel. Ridiculous experience!!

Terrible service, went there at 2.30pm expecting them to be open but there was no one there.
Asked shop staff who just said they were closed, (like I didn’t already know)
Advised that they may want to update their opening times online as very misleading and a waste of my time but they didn’t really seem bothered.
Will avoid going there in future

Occasionally you have to wait in a queue but overall not to bad! Staff friendly and helpful.

They close when they want to and don’t follow their opening/closing times. Very disrespectful customer service, no values.

Need to update their opening hours. Twice I've been there during advertised opening hours and they are closed.

I come home and check my receipt for the reference number and they have spelt the building name incorrectly. He doesnt answer until 10 missed calls and when he answers he says its not his fault and to come back to the shop. I asked if it is possible to get the guy who made the mistake to come and sort it and he says hes not here not my problem.

This post office needs updating on times & the man running is just rude & miserable obviously no customer service skills!!!! Post office really needs to look into this & sort something out! I have to go here as its easier location with parking for me to get to otherwise I would not choose this one!!

On royalmail website it is open on sunday. But such a waste of time.
