Helpful friendly service

I went to this post office in a right fluster after going to the new one on Kingsway, I initially went for post bags and with my 5 month old in tow they were fantastic very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to help me get my parcels sent for the cheapest amount.
I was initially told my post would cost £50 (at Kingsway).
But here they managed to do it for £30

Incredibly rude staff.

I have been going to this post office for years. I required some help today and asked a lady staff member who spoke to me in a very poor and disrespectful manner. Also, I was very disappointed to see that no members of staff were wearing face coverings and that the store capacity was clearly not being monitored. This store is not following government guidelines - I did not feel safe. I will not be returning to this store any longer.

Too many people entering the shop without face masks. It made it worse because it's a tiny shop and social distancing is practically impossible. Lovely well stocked shop though.

Yes I am aware of Cornovirus.

However, dont assume I can see into the shop. Dont assume I know how manys in the shop.

Would be better advising coustomers as they get to the door. And not assuming they have X-ray vision.

The post office staff are great, however the shop staff are very rude/aggressive and unprofessional! The post office was closed so I asked at the shop keeper if they could help me send my eBay items… they totally did the opposite from what I asked for and my customers on eBay didn’t receive there items for nearly a week!!! A change of management is desperately needed if they can’t be bothered to do there job properly!

Post office staff have always been great, but the lady behind the counter in the shop side has terrible customer service skills. I've known her to literally throw my electric key back to me or just drop it on the counter & I don't think I've ever even heard her utter a please or thank you 😒 🙄

Post office staff are good but the shop staff are really aggressive and unhelpful. Post office was closed so I went to the shop till to see if they could help there and the woman said "it would be nice if you supported the post office, its people like you that are the reason the post offices are closing down" all I did was buy a postage label through ebay
