Coalville Post Office

Love it here. We post alot every day, and have never had a problem. The guy who reckons that this PO has lost his letters evidently needs educating about the postal system. Polite, friendly, efficient staff. Highly Recommended.

Was closed bank holiday Saturday, but information online (post office, royal mail, or Google) wasn't updated - unacceptable in this day and age - completely wasted journey.

Absolute joke at that place says on the website open till 10 pm drove all the way down there open for two hours a day 8 am till 10 am what a joke not the first time this has happened

Never open.
Always too busy on the petrol station side or staff suddenly become “untrained” on the system.
Last excuse, “it’s a bank holiday” on 28/1221….. which is true so why were Whitwick, and Thringstone open?
Total disgrace the main Coalville Post Office was closed when smaller ones opened.

Absolutely brilliant service from the lady there today, wish I'd got her name, very helpful, friendly and went the extra mile. Loved talking to her about teaching our son's to play chess.Top person, who is a genuine person. All the staff there are so helpful just trying to do their best

Very helpful, friendly and efficient Ladies at the main Post Office counter. It's also very useful to be able to use the other counter outside the usual opening hours 😊

Just turned up to get my parcel to be told its reduced hours. This isn't advertised anywhere so I'm hoping they bother to open tomorrow so I can get my stuff

Convenient parking at this post office and the girls are very efficient, definitely my favourite post office
