Bath Street Post Office

Small Post Office at the bottom of town which is well used by all, especially the elderly people who don't want to walk up the hill on Bath Street. Sells all the usual Post Office goods from stamps to birthday cards and a place where staff are always helpful and friendly

Relatively friendly staff. Great, small post office.

Totally ignorant staff with no regard for customer service or engagement whatsoever. As a former Post Office worker I can't get my head round this place.

Worst one ever. Very slow &only one person on

Went in today to post a small parcel i was the only one in and stood waiting ages while the lady was talking on.the phone and totally ignored me ,I ended up walking out. Went back in.after I had done my job ,found her very offish and had to ask for my parcel receipt, I told her she had a bad attitude and she shouted after me as I went out, never again.
