Selby Post Office

That's the last time I use this Post Office. Waited eleven minutes this morning to post one parcel. Three members of staff behind the counter, yet only one person serving, despite the fact there were eight customers queueing. Surely the most important job is actually serving customers. Everything else can wait until it's quiet. It should be all hands on deck. I will be going elsewhere in future.

The worst service I've ever experienced in my life, terrible staff, so rude, wouldn't give me my parcel, even though I had all of the details and ID.

Revolting staff, lots of attitude for £9 an hour! One actually said once when I was purchasing dollars ‘why are you going to the USA and I’m not?’ Well I have no idea maybe as I had to go with work! If you actually have a better attitude maybe one day you’ll get to travel with work and make more than £9 an hour, until then they should be quiet and do the jobs they get paid for.

A shadow of the service once available to the town before the Crown Post Office was closed. Typically one, or two if lucky, positions open with a long queue of tired customers tormenting the overworked, underpaid staff.

It's not even a post office it's a glorified post box. It doesn't do any service a real post office dose
