Post Office Customer Service

Got here 1 minute past the closing time and there’s no soul whatsoever to see me or even speak to me. Knocked on the door few times someone came out saying “1pm is 1pm come back tomorrow”. I only wish their delivery service was that accurate...

They never delivered parcels at home anymore. Always the red card, with those working hours it’s impossible to collect something.

Been waiting half past an hour for someone at post office to answer phone. Just annoying music and soppy recorded message every few minutes. No wonder the post office is a failing business. Best to use private delivery company,

Customer service is non existent.. after waiting on a phone line listening to endless excuses they cut you off with a 'goodbye'! if I could give them minus 5 stars I would.
Don't bother wasting a phone call.
