Rothwell Post Office

Absolutely OUTSTANDING SERVICE. We have tried so many different post offices and they have always messed up our post, but this post office is the BEST we have had no mistakes since using Rothwell post office. Management is amazing and always sends everything correct. She is so kind and helpful. And always checks the size of letters which results in saving us money.
I will not be using any other post office but this one!

Always have a positive experience at Rothwell Post Office, the lady serving gave me some valuable advise regarding strike action so that I could change the type of postage! She is kind and friendly too, always welcoming and she works so hard, especially when she is on her own most of the time so she rarely gets a break

Absolutely recommend! The owner, Nav is by far one of the most friendly and helpful people I've ever met in Rothwell. I own a small business so I regularly have to take in bags full of orders to send and I've never had a problem. Everything has always been handled with care and received by my customers just fine. I've found other post offices in the past to be quite "snotty" which makes for an unpleasant experience when you have so much to post. But the staff here are a breath of fresh air, they are always so happy to help & assist with anything you need in such a polite manner. The two new ladies, whose names escape me, are equally as welcoming and kind.

I also bloody love the fact they have a slushie machine now! 😄 They taste SO good!!

Very rude woman the owner of the post office.Very unhelpful, rude and attitude towards customers. Previous owners were better and friendly. I even doubt if my parcels left the post office or they were chucked in the bin by the rude woman.

I am responding to your response below.l do understand that you have a job to do but you shouldn't be rude to customers or start lecturing them as if they don't think.

It's not the first time you were rude to me its the third time.l have been scrolling on the comments down and l saw that they are a few people complaining about the rudeness of the postmistress which is not right. If you think l am lying l can share them. Which l dont think its worth it .Please in future its nice to treat the customers well with dignity.

I’ve picked up quite a lot of packages from the post Office I find a lady behind the counter friendly and helpful. it’s a nice post office in a nice town compare to where i’ve lived in London

Good post office. Friendly staff, was also told about the Royal Mail strikes. Very helpful, would recommend .

Better to use Kettering post office. More reliable than this ones. Lost my 2 letters miraculously when i refused special delivery service and opted for normal delivery. inside them letters were 2 postal orders 25£ each! They were happy that royal mail has lost my 2 letters. Because they have proven to me that I should have not used the normal delivery but their SPECIAL DELIVERY. (Recommended)
I will never step again in this location

Friendly family run post office. Amazing services. Staff are always smiling and very helpful. fast service in and out in no time.
