Camp Hill Post Office

Rude! The man working there answering his mobile phone while dealing with a customer and when approached the answer was he can do whatever he wants. Second time now I have been given a wrong tracking number and once the parcel was untrackable due to this reason. The man has been rude on every occasion I was there but today he absolutely shocked me lying he answered his phone as it was his lunch break which i know it wasn't as when it is they shut the place down. Yet again
appalling customer service from this man!

Poor service. Overcharged on parcel and wanted me to root through the post bag to find so that it could be checked. I'm disabled so this is not something I could do so ended up having to leave it. Think I'll find a different post office. In addition to this parcels are placed in sacs in a public area. This does not provide security for parcels as could be dipped into very easily. Does this conform with post office guidelines for the security of customers possessions?

There is nothing on the front entrance to indicate that the post office should be closed at lunch time!! I came at 1pm just to discover the metal shutters closed and no opening hours board exist.

what about my parcels.? ill not gonna send my pst in time because what? someone can explain?.

It’s 12:55 on a Friday.

Closed all the time "due to staff shortage" asked for an application form for a job said "were not hiring".
Obviously trying to save money then probably blame the tories

Yet again closed, but website says open. They need to get a new member of staff as this one is always off sick! Worse post office I have ever experienced. I am sick of checking the website to see if open, drive all the way there and YET AGAIN it's closed!!!
AVOID THIS POST OFFICE!!
