Worst service ever.
Lady very rude. She throw my parcel when I failed to pay for it due to a blocked card that I had no idea about.
She did not give me time to hide my payment card and parcel and I was with a child sleeping in the pram. I didn't walk away from the counter and she called the next customer disregarding the current situation with Covid 19,

Really hard to find it at work, the post office is closed when it should be open

Always have good service here, today the lady on the counter went out of her way to help with some business paperwork. Will always be a returning customer. Thank you. 😊

My parcel arrived on time just like you said. Also, my cheque which I deposited showed up in my account in 3 days. Thanks

Wow shocking, went today to drop off my parcel as online is clearly stated it is working till 20:00
When i just entered shop women with black hair looked at me and wisperred something in her language to her colleague, he looked at me and answered her back. When my turn in queue came they said that post office not working, i said but online it is shows you are working till 20:00 the men said i don't know notting as i'm not working at post office. Absolutely discusting custoner service. What they was wispering in front of me about me? I feel frusttrated and embarrased about that wispering. Went to willowbroke shops and they took my parcel in 2 minutes. No my leg again in that shop

One of the best post offices in Corby, the staff are lovely. I’m a regular in there and never had any issues

Going back today for the third time for my parcel. Never open and the guys at the front of the shop find it funny and say you have to just keep on trying.
