Partner came to pick up a package at 5:25 and was refused service as they were closing...I'm sorry but In any line of customer service, if you are advertising that you are open until 5:30 then you make yourself available to serve until that time! Not very impressed!

I used the click and drop service,so I wanted to drop off my parcel in this post office,the man kept asking me what do I want he to do,I explained I had bought a online postage,so please help me to post it.He seemed have no idea whats happening and keep asking me what do I want!After lots of explanation, he put my parcel in bag finally,then I asked him for the receipt, he said no receipt,I told him I could ask for a receipt at other post office,he told me "you can go to other post office,I don't mind!"Really shocked by his services,horrible experience.I think he is not professional and has lack of knowledge of click and drop services.He just don't care about the customer and rude.Will not go to there again.

Used to be a good post office with a handy little shop. Now it's more shop than post office and even has an off licence!

Friendly service and easy access to cash machine outside on wall inside also post office and they sell drinks chocolate sweets sandwiches household items cards etc all in one place and reasonable prices also a few local shops in same area

Horrible bloke who works in there my 87yr old grandmother was sent a form to fill in to transfer her money from her post office account into her bank which clearly stated for her to fill it in and take to her local post office he wouldn't even look at it told her she would have to withdraw £600 everyday. i was furious she ended up walking home carrying that amount of cash on her .Now rang up the Post office and made an official complaint seems they are well aware of his reputation for not doing his job properly as well as being rude and abrupt .. Avoid the place at all costs folks.

I have used this post office and find staff to be rude, abrupt and with no manners. Not even responding to a greeting of hello.

Would give zero stars if I could. Fine to get anything from the shop as the younger clerks are helpful and nice, but if you need to post something just go elsewhere as the older guy at the counter is one of the rudest people I've ever met in my entire life - totally unprofessional and dismissive. AVOID
