Hello. I Live In Ringstead Northamptonshire. I Have No Junk Mail on My Letter Box. But The Postman keeps putting Junk Mail in My Letterbox. I don't want Junk Mail. Because. I'm getting Sick of putting it in My Bin. & I Have To Wear Gloves. Because in The Past I've Felt Germs on My Hands. We Used to get Our Mail at 10:00 / 11:30. Now we don't get it until 14:00. Church Street is Next to Me. & They Get Their Post at about 10:30. I Ordered Something that was £2.19 on 01-05-22. It's still not Arrived. & The Postman I've got is Rude. & Has an Answer for Everything. & You have to tell Him to Use The Knocker. He Knocks the Door So you don't hear it. Why have a Konocker on the door. & Knock the door. How Has This Person Still Have His Job ? & As for Junk Mail. I Buy Everything online. If I want Farmfoods or Domino's Pizza. I would look on The Internet. I Don't Want JUNK MAIL. .That's Why it Says. NO JUNK MAIL...... I've heard I'm Not The Only One Who has Complained about The Postman in Ringstead Northamptonshire.

I am very greatful to the lady called Yulia who was very patient, extremely helpful and informative and gone out of her way to help me arrange a very complicated parcel. She has also managed to help half a dozen customers and some of her colleagues while dealing with me without wasting my time at all. I was very impressed with such a level of professionalism and expertise, but it was her compassion and genuine wish to make sure that my parcel is delivered safe and sound that made it so special for me. She is an absolute asset and I hope there were more people like her in local establishments Thank you!

Very helpful staff. I was after some polish currency and the chap on the desk was not only helpful in ordering the money but gave me confidence it would be in on time

It is what it is . A post office. It is usally quite busy and sometimes a little short staffed but they are efficient in their roles and certainly do their best in a pleasant manner

Greeted by a rottweiler of a woman in the queuing area, barking at me before I even got to the counter.

I came to deposit charity money into a Barclays business account as Barclays have no counters open on a Saturday, assured by Barclays non full bags would be accepted (provided they are sorted).

Well, I was loudly and rudely told how wrong they were and I was made to feel that my custom was not wanted.

I will not be returning to this branch. No wonder it was empty.

Not enough staff to deal with customers at times. Mid afternoon Tuesday and 2 cashiers on, 1 ebay seller with 40 plus items to post = gridlock. Other till is for foreign transactions which you can straight to without waiting. There are staff about but they are out front 'helping'.

If they haven't lost your package, or refused to deliver it to your neighbour, then they're on strike; wasting your time by not listing strike action on the opening times on the website.

Today=Opened few min later, no apologies for that, ok, this can happen, but still! Self checkouts were not ready, lady who opened Royal Mail entrance doors only then start switching on the self checkouts, she couldn't Serve as was not logged in? ! Both tills were busy, big que! As i had prepaid parcels I get out from que and give a chance for others to be served there, as i didnt need to pay bills or buy anything! So lady who was in a self checkout area didn't had customers, that's was other reason why I went to her! She was switching on self checkout machines, she refused to take my prepaid parcels as she was not logged in🤔🤷🏻‍♀️?!Prepaid, it would take a min & would save her colleagues work,my time as well, but she turned me down,and just send me back to stand in a que! Why?What for? Excuse was, she is not logged in!! Time is crucial in early mornings, lots coming before work as can't manage to come after, as of RM closing time! Why self checkouts were not restarted and prepeared for work before customers entered?Why she was not logged in before she opened doors so she could serve customers?! Never had complains before😔but this was so dissapointing,noone needs excuses, just served on time and treated like u respect your customers time too and colleagues as well!
