The Forum Post Office

Was the first time sending out several parcels from my small creative business, staff were very friendly and helpful, getting the cheapest safest option for me, and talked me through how each option worked.

Always lovely when being served. Always the same to be fair.
Why does the post office always seem so blue rinse brigade social club?
I am not there for aspherical reasons. Ut I can not wait to get out!.
I may stay longer if they dis something interesting in the stores. Not just ornaments my gran would love

Rude middle aged lady with blonde hair behind counter. Complaining as loud as possible to other assistant about handling money, moaning why are people still using money as she handed me the cash I asked for. Come on lady there are lots of elderly out there relying on cash to pay bills as unable to access banks or internet. Relying on others to get shopping, money etc for them. If I'm not mistaken some shops at forum only take cash. Be nice if she engaged her brains before putting mouth into gear. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Very ignorant and ill mannered blonde woman.
Refused to accept my 48 hour tracked parcel because it was the wrong colour.
She should be sacked.

Poor service by rude and incompetent staff has become the norm from post offices around here, so it was a delightful surprise to find a Post Office where the staff not only knew what they were doing, but were friendly and pleasant while doing it. I think I have a new favourite post office!

(Although looking at previous reviews, service seems highly dependent on who is on duty. Here's hoping that I get the good ones again next time!)
