Llanelli docks post office

Very friendly and helpful

Rude man working there, the rest of the women are nice, the ONLY post office that does not except a MasterCard card to pay for my stamps, I will be taking this up with Royal Mail direct to see if it can be refused and why it’s only the man working there that does not allow it but the women do, if you have a rule then it should be a rule not picking and choosing, I will get confirmation from Royal Mail then il be in to see you to discuss this face to face

I phoned up early this morning, had a very good reply. Gave really good advice. Called in a little later and the same member of staff remembered my call. Great service, pleasant staff and not worthy the bad review given previously. I was pleasantly pleased with my visit. Both tellers treated me with respect and courtesy.
